Lumens has redeveloped a new website that focus on enhancing service and support for our customers. After months of planning and preparation, this new site is ready to be launched in June, 2004.

Lumens customers can log-in directly through the Distributor VIP-room for advanced service and support on-line. Function such as downloading marketing material, product road map, technical notice, software and driver download, firmware upgrades and so on.

Lumens branch offices are also implement their localized web site for Lumens business and service. Through this new Lumens global website, customers can also link to each branch office mirror site that located in China and United States.
